We provide safe work environment for all employees, free from any hazards and complying with relevant laws and regulations. We believe that Health and safety in the workplace is not just preventing work-related injury and diseases, but designing an environment that promotes well-being for everyone at work that helps NPS to achieve conformity to product/service requirement. As we believe the knowledge is the key ingredient in providing a safe work environment, all employees and functions are provided with correct work procedures and directions.
Our strategic and coherent approach in managing the most valued asset – people - satisfies the requirements of employees, line management, customers and all stake holders. We ensure that any personnel performing work affecting conformity to product/service requirements are competent on the basis of appropriate education, training, skills and experience. Human resource department deals with issues related to people such as compensation, hiring, performance management, organization development, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, communication, administration, and training.
NPS has determined, provide and maintain the infrastructure needed to achieve conformity to product/service requirement that include buildings, workspace, associated utilities, process equipment (hardware and software) and supporting services such as transport, communication system etc. NPS also allocated sufficient financial resources in budgets for initial development and revision work, as well as for implementation and ongoing use of the QHSE MS.
